‘Waterhouse’ was established in 1990 and became a limited company in 1998. With a fleet of fully equipped vehicles we are able to undertake all aspects of mechanical & electrical design, installation and planned/reactive maintenance along with in-house CAD design and printing.
We are NICEIC, Gas Safe (Commercial) and OFTEC registered and accredited members of ‘Constructionline’ and ‘Exor Management Services Group’.
‘Waterhouse’ prides itself on its ability to diversify and deliver projects in a desired timescale and budget. Whilst
business is centered on a core of Mechanical & Electrical installation/maintenance our service philosophy and
customer demand has allowed us to expand our capability to provide specialist and non-specialist services – such as
Water Hygiene, Legionella Testing and Air Conditioning amongst others.
